Up for sale is this rare 1992 Lotus Carlton, serial number 913 of just 950 ever produced between 1990 and 1992. This right-hand-drive example was originally delivered in the UK and later imported to the US under the Show or Display exemption in 2008. It’s finished in the factory-only Imperial Green Metallic and powered by the legendary twin-turbocharged 3.6L inline-six paired to a 6-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential. This is one of the most iconic performance sedans ever built, developed by Lotus in partnership with GM, Opel, and Vauxhall.

Factory rated at 377 horsepower and 417 lb-ft of torque, with power sent to the rear wheels through a ZF 6-speed manual sourced from the Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1. Exterior features include the factory Lotus widebody styling, flared arches, raised rear spoiler, hood vents, Vauxhall hood badge, Lotus badging, headlight wipers, and twin square exhaust outlets. The car was repainted at some point, and the hood was refinished under current ownership. It sits on factory 17” Ronal wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, with Lotus-tuned suspension, speed-sensitive power steering, and AP Racing 4-piston brakes with ventilated discs on all four corners.

Inside, the cabin features heated black leather front bucket seats and rear bench seating, gray-accented door panels, woodgrain trim, power windows, and a power glass sunroof. The speedometer was serviced in February 2026, though it currently reads slightly higher than actual speed.
